As a late bloomer in the industry, I am looking forward to discovering my path and finding my niche. So far, website building has been a large part of my experience. I hope to use this site to feature my current and future projects.
Though I say I am a late bloomer, I have being using computers since the 1980s. I first learned how to do some basic programming in a high school class. We created our own versions of Monopoly literally using Basic. In the mid 80s, I was introduced to DOS when my mom purchased an IBM 32 (I had to be careful with it because she used it for work). From floppies to 3.5 disks to Windows 95, I have always enjoyed the complexities of computers.
A few of my future projects will be passing the A+, repairing a couple of my older machines and converting them to Linux machines (maybe one for a server and the other for actually learning Bash), and continuing to develop websites.
I am looking forward to entering the industry and cannot wait to put what I am learning into practice.
